Rev. Jodie Marie Diehl

Founder of Reach Ministries

Jodie believes her training for the Kingdom began when she joined the U.S. Army as a combat medic. She graduated from Rhema Bible College in 1990; where she is also ordained through. In 1991 she and her former husband pastored a thriving church for 20 years in a rural town in Michigan.

While pastoring, most of her time was invested in developing & equipping leaders, leading mission teams, and speaking to both young and old. After resigning from the pastorate, she went back to college to add a Mental Health Rehabilitation Certification as well as Clinical Pastoral Education to her ministry toolbox. In 2013, Reach Ministries became a 501c3. In addition to leading her non-profit, she has worked for many years as a Hospice Chaplain.

She brings fresh practicality to ministry. Her humor and real-life stories encourage all who hear to “reach” beyond their borders to bring a message of hope to a hurting world. Jodie and her husband Matt reside in Muskegon, MI. Here they enjoy hiking, biking, and the beaches of Lake Michigan. Together they have seven children.

Jodie is a member of A.R.M.I. an association of ministers through Andrew Wommack Ministries.

A Word From Jodie:

“I have journeyed through a myriad of situations; at times, some seemed more than my heart could bear. My family of origin included alcoholism, fatherlessness, and poverty. I have experienced an unplanned pregnancy, miscarriage, and life-altering betrayals.  No matter how and when they came, they were all designed to derail me from God’s purpose in my life.

Through life’s many trials, I have learned to lean into God and grow through them. I am certain I know in whom I have believed, he is faithful and has never let me down.  In my short life, I have been abundantly blessed with a lifetime of victories and adventures. Whether rice paddies, mountainsides, or city dumps, a piece of my heart has been left behind in each of these places. I have been privileged to meet powerful people and forgotten people in the nations of our world.

As I reflect over three decades of full-time ministry, I remain stunned at how God weaves people together from far and wide to accomplish His greater purpose.  Just when I believe I have lived the best day of my life, He gives me another one.  Goodness…

I pray if you are visiting this website, you reach out to me and someday we will meet, and I can hear the story of God in your life.

Until He Returns for Me,"
